Data We Collect
Private Data (Never Shared)
- Daily check-in mood logs (private to each user)
- Gratitude journal entries (private)
- Personal wellness notes
Anonymous Data
- Anonymous sharing posts (no user identification)
- Aggregated mood trends (no personal data)
Server Configuration
- Server and channel IDs
- Feature enable/disable settings
- Moderator permissions
Privacy Protections
- Encryption: All wellness data encrypted at rest
- Anonymous Sharing: Truly anonymous - no way to trace to users
- Private by Default: Check-ins and journals never visible to others
- Mod Controls: Moderators can manage anonymous spaces but cannot see who posted
Data Retention
Personal wellness data is retained for 90 days then automatically deleted. Server configuration deleted within 30 days of bot removal.

- Delete all your data at any time
- Export your check-ins and journal
- Opt-out of any feature
