VibeCheckr
Making Discord communities feel more human, one check-in at a time. Daily check-ins, gratitude prompts, anonymous sharing and gentle reminders that make a server feel more supportive.
Why VibeCheckr?
Most servers are about content and hanging out, and it's easy to forget there are real people behind the usernames. VibeCheckr adds wellness tools without making things awkward.
Daily check-ins
Members log how they're feeling each day and can look back at how their mood has been.
Gratitude journal
A daily prompt to write down something good.
Anonymous sharing
A moderated space where people can share what they're going through without their name attached.
Coping tools
Grounding exercises, breathing techniques and mental health resources, one command away.
Crisis resources
Crisis hotlines and professional resources, there whenever someone needs them.
Gentle prompts
Reminders to take a break, drink water, stretch or get some rest.
Commands
Everyday commands are open to everyone. Setup is limited to people with the Manage Server permission.
/checkin- Log how you're feeling today.
/affirmation- Get an affirmation.
/tools- Open coping tools and resources.
/configure- Admins only: choose channels, schedules, and which features your server uses.
Built with care
VibeCheckr was designed with input from mental health advocates and community moderators. Every feature is meant to help without being pushy.
Privacy first
All check-ins and journal entries are private by default. Anonymous sharing is truly anonymous.
Mod controls
Staff can moderate anonymous posts without seeing who wrote them.
Optional features
Turn on only the tools your server wants.
Journal prompts stay in DMs
Journaling prompts arrive in your private DMs, not in server channels.
VibeCheckr is not a substitute for professional care.
VibeCheckr provides crisis resources but is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're in crisis, please contact a crisis hotline or a mental health professional.
